When you create an account, we collect:

We do not collect or store your payment card details. All payments are processed securely by our payment processor, Stripe. Tap2NFC never receives or retains your full card or bank account information.

Menu Content

We collect and store:

  • Menu items, descriptions, and prices
  • Images you upload
  • PDF menu files
  • Menu customization preferences

Usage Data

We collect aggregate, non-identifying analytics about how your menus and hub are used:

  • Menu and hub view counts
  • Tap and scan counts per location and table
  • Hub action counts (Wi-Fi, review, and pay-at-table redirects)
  • Daily activity dates

We do not build individual profiles of your guests or track them across other sites. Standard server logs (such as IP address) may be processed transiently by our hosting provider for security and reliability, but we do not use them to identify individual diners.

We use your information to:

  • Provide and maintain the Service
  • Process your subscription through our payment processor (Stripe)
  • Ship NFC tags to your address
